This 2005 Airstream Safari originally had a sofa that made into a bed across the front. The owners took it to A & P Vintage Trailerworks in Paradise, Texas to have the sofa removed and a dinette that would make into a bed built. They did an amazing job building this with materials that were a perfect match to the rest of the trailer. The fit and finish is excellent. Bravo to the great people at A & P Vintage Trailerworks!
When they were finished it was our turn to cut and fit the foam for bolsters and cushions, cover the valances, and make new curtains with blackout lining. The use of Sunbrella fabrics throughout resulted in a clean, sophisticated look that will be in style for many years to come. The cushion fabric is Sunbrella Surge Char and is available in several colors. The valances are Peyton Granite and the curtains Canvas Granite.

We recently made curtains and cushions for a 2005 Safari in our shop (Matney’s Upholstery). They turned out so nice I thought I would share the post here as well.
