The owners of this 1975 Sovereign went to the great folks at A & P Vintage Trailerworks for a complete makeover including many mechanical upgrades. The front of the trailer originally had a sofa but the owners hired A & P to build a fantastic booth style dinette area with seating for a trailer full of guests! The hydraulic base table lowers to create a platform for a huge sleeping area. It was up to us to design and fit cushions and bolsters, to not only provide comfortable seating, but fit together to form the sleeping area. The owner chose a beautiful Sunbrella fabric in a dove grey color with bright orange Sunbrella for the pillows. The end result turned a dated 70’s Airstream into a modern stylish Airstream with a fantastic retro feel.

This 2005 Airstream Safari originally had a sofa that made into a bed across the front. The owners took it to A & P Vintage Trailerworks in Paradise, Texas to have the sofa removed and a dinette that would make into a bed built. They did an amazing job building this with materials that were a perfect match to the rest of the trailer. The fit and finish is excellent. Bravo to the great people at A & P Vintage Trailerworks!
When they were finished it was our turn to cut and fit the foam for bolsters and cushions, cover the valances, and make new curtains with blackout lining. The use of Sunbrella fabrics throughout resulted in a clean, sophisticated look that will be in style for many years to come. The cushion fabric is Sunbrella Surge Char and is available in several colors. The valances are Peyton Granite and the curtains Canvas Granite.
